How to Register
One of our greatest joys is to meet new families and show them all the great things our school offers!
We strongly encourage interested parents to tour during the school day in order to receive the greatest impact and interaction with our staff and students.
Enrollment is on a first come/first served basis and is open as long as there is space on the rosters.
Registration begins each January
In general, registration for the next school year begins in early January for current Oak Grove families, and new families are welcome to begin enrolling in mid-January.
To secure your child’s spot, you must submit:
Registration fee (nonrefundable)
Before your child may attend school, you must also submit:
Emergency Medical Authorization
Medical Release Agreement
Proof of Identity (an original document must be seen by a staff member)
Getting to Know You Form
Immunization record showing up-to-date information for new students
Complete Virginia School Entrance Health Form (Kindergarten)
Words cannot express how much of a blessing the school and each of the teachers have been to my son for the last four years. Until the age of two, my son had never even been babysat by someone who wasn’t family. Oak Grove truly became an extension of our home and provided him with another loving and caring atmosphere. With each year at Oak Grove he gained knowledge, social skills and his confidence blossomed. Most importantly, he was having fun, he gained a love for learning and he was happy. Safety and stability in a Christ centered environment always gave me comfort dropping him off every morning. All his teachers and staff have been a positive and beneficial influence on my son’s education, happiness, love for learning and his life.
