How to Register




Registration begins each January

In general, registration for the next school year begins in January for

current / former Oak Grove families and church members. After that enrollment period, we welcome new families to begin enrolling.  

To secure your child’s spot, you must submit:

  •  Registration form (Instructions Below)

  •  Tuition/fees agreement

  •  Registration fee (nonrefundable)


Before your child may attend school, you must also submit:

  • Emergency Medical Authorization

  • Medical Release Agreement

  • Proof of Identity (an original document must be seen by a staff member)

  • Getting to Know You Form

  • Photo Release

  • Immunization record showing up-to-date information for new students

  • Complete Virginia School Entrance Health Form (Kindergarten)


Instructions on how to complete the Enrollment Packet:

1.   Email Director at this email for availability and/or questions:          


2.  Open Enrollment Packet on any device.
3.  Save the file by naming the document with your child's first and last name.
4.  Fill-out editable document completely.
5.  Save again to your device.
6.  Attach Enrollment Packet via email to:



Words cannot express how much of a blessing the school and each of the teachers have been to my son for the last four years.   Until the age of two, my son had never even been babysat by someone who wasn’t family. Oak Grove truly became an extension of our home and provided him with another loving and caring atmosphere. With each year at Oak Grove he gained knowledge, social skills and his confidence blossomed. Most importantly, he was having fun, he gained a love for learning and he was happy. Safety and stability in a Christ centered environment always gave me comfort dropping him off every morning. All his teachers and staff  have been a positive and beneficial influence on my son’s education, happiness, love for learning and his life.
